National Policy Economist, Seconded to ECOWAS

Job Description
IFDC North and West Africa is seeking to recruit a National Policy Economist for its program "Enhancing Growth through Regional Agricultural Input Systems (EnGRAIS)" to be implemented in the West Africa sub-region.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have a Master's degree in Agricultural Policy, Agricultural Economics, Economics or a related field. Should have 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in agricultural policy with government or international donor-funded projects/programs in the areas of fertilizer, food security. Have work experience in ECOWAS Member States (required) and with regional institutions (preferred).

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Job Description
International Fertilizer Development Center North and West Africa is seeking to recruit a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist (M&E) for its program “USAID Enhancing Growth through Regional Agricultural Input Systems (USAID-EnGRAIS)” to be implemented in the West Africa sub-region.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have MS in Econometrics, statistics, Economics or related Field and have 7 years of relevant work experience in program monitoring and evaluation. Must be able to clearly explain results in graphic, oral and written contexts.
